Yes.. Orack.. he's the first dragon to make any sort of appearance in the comic. I redid his design, but I think I made him a bit too complex.

So I've been working on wing anatomy, and I plan on redoing a panel I was almost done with cause the wings looked TERRIBLE. I was proud of this lineart, but too bad it was for a reference. I couldv'e done much more with it.. Ah well.
Orack is one of the four Capital council members of the Ina'radi comic. The leader of the whole thing is Huntinghawk, a big red. In most dragon books, I think, you'll find that most females are greens and males are a wide range of colors, but that isn't the case with the Ina'radi species. For instance, another of the council is a female, a dull red.
So there's Orack, Huntinghawk and Ashs, then Dominyc, that golden you saw in the third page that was.. following Laetem and Kimb? Dunno.. maybe we'll see in the fourth page.
Anyway, about Orack. He's got a mean sense of humor, hense his little joke in the first page. He's a specialist at close-combat in the air, but he rarely fights on the ground. Orack doesn't like to fight with his teeth. He uses his claws to rip and hold the enemy away from his vulnerable head, which he can hold well away since he doesn't use his fangs. He's learned how to use his wings as a weapon instead of just a sheild and to keep airborne, which surprisingly, most dragons haven't figured out. Too bad for them.
He can be cruel, and he never had a mate. He's fiercely loyal to the council and Capital and Huntinghawk, since he's mostly the second in command and the red's right arm. Sometimes, though, he takes things into his own hands and gives things cruel twists, like, say, if he had orders to get a couple of dragons killed because they were in the council's way (maybe not physically, but in the way of their interests), he would make any loved ones watch them die.
He's not too nice..
